About Me

Hello! I am an illustrator and author from Manchester, doing a masters in Children's Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art.

I have always enjoyed creating dark and mysterious artwork entwined with humour, always with a sense of narrative running throughout. I draw inspiration from film, myth, folklore and fantasy, alongside everyday life and the lessons it brings. Using texture and negative space, I play with a range of different materials and techniques, working in black and white, and colour. I love to play with tension, humour and meaningful moments through printmaking and inks.
